Abstract
In this paper, a non-isothermal heating reactor was used to simulate the hydrocarbon generation process of low maturity organic-rich shale in the presence of 400℃, 25 MPa supercritical water for 2~12 h. The results showed that the products were distributed in oil, gas and water. In the time range of 2~12 h, the utilization of organic carbon increased with the increase of time, and reached more than 30% at 12 h. The oil production rate increased first and then decreased with increasing time and reached a maximum of 22.11 kg(oil)•t-1(shale) at 4 h. The gas production rate increased with increasing time and reached a maximum of 32.88 m3(gas)•t-1(shale) at 12 h. The total relative content of saturated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon was always more than 80%. The selectivity of methane, ethane and hydrogen was enhanced with increasing time. The water TOC increased first and then decreased with increasing time and reached the peak of 259.98 mg•L-1 at 8 h. Pyrite of low maturity organic-rich shale could be effectively removed and the mesoporous and macropore of shale could be promoted by supercritical water.
