西北地区清洁供暖政策现状与典型案例分析(二):典型案例与经济性分析

In order to popularize the typical experience of clean heating supply and promote the corresponding deployment and implementation in Northwest China, this paper explored the economic and technological route for the clean heating supply and investigated the implementation of clean heating supply projects in five provinces of Northwest China, including heating forms (distributed and centralized), heating capacity and heating adaptability. According to the existing heating reforms, heating price policy and the effect of electricity quantity implementation, this paper analyzed the investment and construction situation of clean heating projects and electricity costs under several typical cases. Through the investigation results, the real data were acquired, and the economic and technological characteristics of clean heating supply were analyzed. The clean heating route suitable for the northwest region was explored to provide support for promoting the scientific, orderly and healthy development of clean heating supply in the Northwest region.
