Abstract
In order to meet the verification requirements of fault tolerant method for the aero engine control system, a fault tolerant verification platform for the aero engine control system is designed. Based on this platform, the methods of automatic traversal and random injection of faults are used to comprehensively simulate various types of engine sensor faults. Through the setting of various flight application scenarios, the accurate simulation of the engine working state within the full-envelope can be achieved, and the quality of the engine can be controlled by monitoring, and the fault-tolerant control method is tested and verified by monitoring the control quality and detecting the indexes of over temperature, over rotation, surge and thrust degradation. The results show that a large number of fault injections in various flight scenarios can explore the shortcomings of the fault tolerant control algorithm, and finally realize the verification of the effectiveness of fault tolerance.
