Abstract

The substation fault will lead to the paralysis of distribution network within the supply area, resulting in widespread power outage. Therefore,a substation-distribution network cooperative fault recovery method considering quickly-detachable transformer is proposed. A fault recovery framework under the application of quickly-detachable transformer is constructed, the recovery mechanism of transformer in the substation is elucidated. A“transport-repair”two-stage recovery strategy is proposed, which covers three types of faults of quickly-detachable transformer faults, line faults, and small distribution transformer faults. Considering the network reconfiguration,an optimization model for substation-distribution network fault recovery is established, and the generalized Benders decomposition algorithm is used for solution. The simulation is carried out based on a modified 141-node distribution network example to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The simulative results show that the proposed method can effectively shorten the fault recovery time of substation-distribution network system, improve the load recovery rate, and has higher solving efficiency.
