Abstract

Temperature is one of the most important indicators to reflect the operating state of rolling bearings. The temperature of the rotating ring is much higher than the static ring in high speed operation. It is very important to realize the real-time temperature rise monitoring of the rotating bearing ring (usually inner ring) for ensuring the safety of the running. Based on the coordination of electrical and mechanical design technology, a wireless monitoring scheme for the temperature of inner ring of rolling bearing is proposed. The test system is embedded in the bearing lock nut, and the temperature of the bearing inner ring is collected by the contact of the locking nut and the bearing. The integrated temperature test, wireless data transmission and radio energy supply circuit are designed and studied in this paper. The wireless power supply is mainly realized to meet the continuous monitoring of the bearing rotary bearing's power demand. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme is verified by temperature acquisition experiment of 32008 tapered roller bearings. Under the condition of ensuring the integrity of bearing, the temperature monitoring of bearing rotating ring is realized. A new technical means for bearing state monitoring and thermal characteristic experiment research is provided, and the problem of temperature measurement of bearing rotating ring under the actual working condition is solved.
