Abstract
In this paper, the heat transfer performance of an air-cooling unit used for data center cooling is analyzed. Under the condition of remaining the same inlet conditions as the original one, this paper proposes two basic improvement schemes. Scheme 2 can increase the heat transfer rate by 9% with the same pump power. This scheme only demands the adjustment of the distance between the heat exchange plates without any effect on the overall structure of the original cooling system.
