Abstract
The energy utilization efficiency of cogeneration unit is high, which is important to the energy saving and emission reduction in China. In order to improve the efficiency and operation flexibility of the cogeneration system composed of steam extraction unit, high back pressure unit and absorption heat pump, this paper studied the heat and power load characteristics of the heating unit, and then optimized the multiple parameters of the system. It is found that with the increase of the power load of the high back pressure unit, the loss of the peak-regulating passive cooling source of the high back pressure unit increases, and the coal consumption rate of the power generation and the comprehensive power generation increases. Through multi-parameter optimization, the optimal operating back pressures of the high back pressure unit were obtained, which were 35.86 kPa, 34.32 kPa and 32.27 kPa, respectively, in the initial and final, cold and extremely cold period.
