Abstract
The accurate assessment of status of insulation aging is the key to assure safe and stable operation of solid insulated switchgear cabinet. In this paper,the research progress of insulation aging and its detection method of solid insulated switchgear cabinet in China is comprehensively described.Firstly,the aging mechanism of epoxy resin of the main insulation in the switchgear cabinet is summarized,the development of thermal,electrical and environmental aging and its research progress are discussed in particular. Then,the insulation status detection method of the solid switchgear cabinet based on pulse current method,transient voltage to ground detection and ultrasonic detection is introduced respectively. Moreover,the insulation status assessment analysis method of the solid switchgear cabinet on the basis of artificial neural network,support vector machine,Bayesian classifier,fuzzy clustering and random forest algorithm are also introduced. Finally,the problem existed in the research of aging and insulation status detection of the solid switchgear cabinet and the future research direction are prospected,which have provided theoretical basis for the insulation status assessment of the solid insulated switchgear cabinet based on the artificial intelligence.
