Abstract

The characteristics of temperature, the temperature compensation technology and the anti-vibration technology of the optical transformer are researched based on the demands of "fast, synchronous and high resolution" which are instantly measured by the optical transformer, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward through test and contrast testing analysis. The reflective optical structure is used, the HB Spun fiber is used for Faraday current material, a current fiber loop is made by using the flexible support technology, the structure of an all-fiber current transformer is designed, and the design of detection circuit is optimized. An all-fiber current transformer with high precision and flexible structure transient is developed. The test results show that the accuracy of all-fiber current transformer reaches to 0.2 class in the whole temperature range of -40~70 ℃.
