Abstract

The rapid improvement of tumor diagnosis and treatment technology under the background of industry-university - research integration, which has created opportunities for the development of clinical oncology, while clinicians are also faced with more ethical issues in research. This paper analyzed the situation and opportunities of clinical oncology personnel training under the background of industry - university - research integration,summarized the problems of lack of ethical awareness, insufficient policy guidance, and put forward countermeasures such as strengthening government supervision and guidance, ethics committee review and education, and reforming curriculum system to provide reference for the cultivation of ethical quality of clinicians under the background of industry-university-research integration.
