Abstract
Mechanical condition detection method on GIS through vibro-acoustic characteristics has received much attention. However, there is no research on its vibration mechanism and acoustic radiation. To solve these problems, this paper establishes a finite element model of busbar tube in 110 kV three-phase common-box GIS. The distribution of magnetic field and the electromagnetic force, natural frequency of GIS shell and busbar and its vibro-acoustic characteristics are investigated. The research results show that the frequency of electromagnetic force is 100 Hz with its amplitude being maximum when its current reaches peak value. The electromagnetic force of the three-phase conductors in time domain exists difference in angle with 120°from each other. The vibration characteristics of GIS can be mainly expressed as horizontal swing in the plane parallel to the ground, and there is strong radiation pressure in the plane. The simulation model and method in this paper can provide support for further investigation on vibro-acoustic characteristics of the GIS.
